Prepared from young first flush green tea leaves at Uji in Kyoto, the birthplace of the Japanese tea ceremony, Uji Matcha is our highest grade matcha. None of the bitterness found in lower grade matcha, this matcha latte has a smoother more mellow notes. Sencha green tea is our tea base for this drink.
